Outgoing USCM President Tom Menino presents a resolution thanking Denver host Mayor Wellington E. Webb for his hospitality in hosting the meeting as well as the many contributions he has made locally, nationally and internationally.

The ceremonial passing of the gavel from outgoing USCM President Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino to incoming USCM President Hempstead Mayor James A. Garner.
