We are pleased to announce that the United States Conference of Mayors and USFilter will provide you the opportunity to tape a message for our web site during the 71st Annual Meeting in Denver June 5-10, 2003.

One of the most popular pages of the Conference's award-winning web site,, is our "Meet the Mayors" program, sponsored by USFilter. On the site, you are given the opportunity to tape a video message about you and your city that is available to the thousands of users of This year's theme will be "What is the most exciting and new initiative or development in your city?" Please come prepared to videotape a one-minute segment with this important theme. You are welcome to tell us about your new museum, downtown ballpark, after-school program, mixed-use development, marketing campaign or anything that you and your city are excited about.

There will be four taping sessions during the 71st Annual Meeting, all at the Adam's Mark hotel in Plaza Court 3:

  • Friday, June 6: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 7: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 8: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Monday, June 9: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You may arrange for your taping, which will only take 5-10 minutes, by going to the booth located in the main lobby of the hotel. A representative of the Conference and USFilter will then escort you to the taping room or schedule an appropriate time for your taping.
