EMA is an employee-owned company with over 30 years of consulting experience. With roots as consulting engineers, we specialize in planning, designing and applying technology. • Process reengineering and organizational development; including work practice improvements, implementing benchmarking and best practices;
• Comprehensive technology services that make operations more efficient, such as 311 Call Center engineering, SCADA utilities process, enterprise resource planning, just to name a few;
• Identifying ways to generate more green from being green. Our municipal green programs start by giving a city an environmental check-up to determine its carbon footprint and overall environment health. From there we develop a roadmap for engineering ways to save money and protect the environment.
