| WHAT: | Philadelphia Mayor Edward Rendell is taking proposals by the U.S. Conference of Mayors' Task Force on Gun Violence to a special hearing called by New Jersey Senator Frank Lautenberg. The Wednesday morning forum will focus on support for legislation designed to eliminate the multiple sale of handguns (S.466) and gun trafficking. | WHO: | Edward G.
