Reservations must be made before the cut-off date of June 17, 2009. Reservations made after the cut-off date of June 17, 2009 cannot be guaranteed at the group rate. The hotel requires a one night's room and tax deposit which will be applied to any guaranteed no-show reservations. Reservation may be cancelled up to 72 hours or changed up to 4pm E.S.T. prior to arrival without loss of first night deposit.
